The Service

Seattle Mini Split Pros is a free lead-generation and referral service. We are not an HVAC contractor, and we do not perform installation, repair, or maintenance work. When you submit a quote request, we connect you with an independent, licensed contractor who serves your area.

No Contractor Relationship

Any agreement for work is made directly between you and the contractor. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the contractor's work, pricing, scheduling, licensing status, or conduct. We encourage you to verify any contractor's license and insurance through the Washington State L&I contractor verification tool before hiring.

Informational Content

Cost figures, rebate amounts, and program details on this site are provided for general information and change over time. Rebate eligibility is determined solely by the administering utility or agency. Always confirm current amounts and requirements with the program directly or with your contractor.

No Warranty

The site and service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of the site, the referral service, or work performed by referred contractors.

By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by us and by the matched contractor at the phone number and email you provide, including by call or text, for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
